a week or so before the wedding i left the starting of a hot hot summer in texas for the cooler climate of colorado where i am a native... macie had been once and callen well it was his first vacation. we made the 12 hour trip in 11 hours( we lose an hour crossing the border) lol and met aunt munchie at the salon where she works... macie got her third haircut and looked real sharp! then on to the house man i brought a lot of stuff thank goodness i got to leave a lot of it at her house, the next day it was another trip this time only 3 hours to nana and papaws house where macie met the infamous baxter black the cowboy cat.... she loved him and wanted to follow the old man all over the house poor cat! callen got to meet his papaw and hang out with his grandparents and sleep in his moms old room and just enjoy the MUCH cooler weather!!!! then made another trip back to pueblo HOT pueblo lol and tried to help the sister get the final things done for her wedding and then finally (after 7 years together) they tied the knot!!!!and thank goodness cause macie loves her uncle "cowvin" and his horses and her cousins june and oakley lol.... this was fun and wild and a mess at times and a few problems but all got solved and my best friend married HER best friend and all is right in the world.... and then we made our way back home and still made it home in 11 hours hhhmmmm howd that happen? lol
